One day this summer, the kids were outside playing with a big, red ball we bought for them - I really have no idea why I thought getting this ball was a good idea! :) Daddy thought it would be a fun idea to kick it up in the air as high as he could, the kids thought it was hysterical.
Until it got stuck up in the tree.
And it's been there ever since.
Yesterday, I was outside, sitting under this tree. As I looked up, the big, red ball made me smile.
It looked pretty to me.
Who knows when it will come down.
Surely someday...
What goes up, definitely comes down. Wait for it :)

ReplyDeleteSo true! Sometimes what goes up doesn't come down. You have to climb for it. Do the physical work and all which isn't that appealing.
