30 Days

I was going to write a big, long post about this, but I've decided to cut to the chase.

My friend and I are attempting to give up McDonald's for 30 days.  This sounds crazy to some - the ones who don't understand what the big deal is.  It sounds all too familiar to others - the ones that have a similar food temptation or food issues.

So I hope she keeps her cell phone on her hip at all times so I can text her and tell her I want to go.  And I know she'll text or call me, too.

And I hope others will join us.  Maybe it's not McD's.  Maybe it's soda.  Maybe it's something else.


What do you need to give up for 30 days?

Ohh 30 days no McDonald's good goal and I am sure you both can do it. I need to get better at bringing my lunch daily and avoiding the fast food lunches that end up making me feel icky the rest of the day.

I did no soda for a month and felt great. I missed it though and so I am back to drinking it. I should try again.

I am sure you will be able to stick to your "no McD's" plan! :)
