My friend and I are attempting to give up McDonald's for 30 days. This sounds crazy to some - the ones who don't understand what the big deal is. It sounds all too familiar to others - the ones that have a similar food temptation or food issues.
So I hope she keeps her cell phone on her hip at all times so I can text her and tell her I want to go. And I know she'll text or call me, too.
And I hope others will join us. Maybe it's not McD's. Maybe it's soda. Maybe it's something else.
What do you need to give up for 30 days?
