We did not take a vacation this summer, nor have we taken one...well...ever. But since I'm the wife of a teacher, I guess I just consider the end of the school year until the beginning of the school year my vacation, and there were plenty of things that filled that time for us. There is one evening that stands out to me for some reason, though, and I think it's because it was a girls night out with two wonderful girls. We celebrated a birthday by creating our own ceramic pieces (this is so much more fun than you would think!) and ended the evening at A Slice of Pie, which is heaven on earth.
Really, it is.

So even though I don't have a "real" vacation picture, that one evening...eating that heavenly dessert...was vacation enough for me!
